Payment and cancelation policy

For new clients payment is required at the time of your appointment

No Eftpos is available.

Existing clients have the option of payment through internet deposit

Payment for consult is required ASAP and before the following appointment

Failing to pay will result in cancelling any scheduled appointments until payment has been received.

If you can’t make your appointment, I understand this can happen but, please Let me know ASAP (phone, txt, email) and preferably 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Failing to cancel your appointment will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled consultation, added onto your next consultation’s fee
