Payment and cancelation policy

Booking though my booking site is binding.

International clients are required to pay on receipt of the invoice send to them upon booking (via email, via Paypal, check your junk files!). Payment is required prior to consultation.

Should consultation be canceled more then 24 hrs prior to consultation or be impossible due to technical issues or situations beyond our control a refund of the total fund shall be made.

New Zealand clients are required to pay promptly on receipt of invoice send to them after their consultation. Internet banking option.

Failing to pre pay a consult (International) or a completed consult (NZ) will result in cancelling of that or any further scheduled appointments until payment has been received.

If you can’t make your appointment, I understand this can happen but, please Let me know ASAP (phone, txt, email) and a minimum of 12 hours but preferably 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Failing to cancel your appointment at least 12 hrs before it is to take place will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled consultation.
